Join members of AACRAO’s LGBTQIA+ Caucus and invited guests as they provide insight and guidance for leading in the field of enrollment management. This discussion will be based on LGBT Leadership in Higher Education, by Raymond E. Crossman, as reviewed in AACRAO’s College & University Journal, and panelists will address selected leadership questions and topics presented by Crossman. Panelists will discuss the unique challenges and opportunities they have observed or experienced during their numerous and varied roles in higher education, while highlighting their own leadership stories and successes.
