CAPACRAO Conference Call for Session Proposals

The CAPACRAO Executive Committee is thrilled to announce the upcoming CAPACRAO Virtual Annual Conference & Business Meeting on October 3, 2025. We extend a warm invitation to all members to submit proposals for conference sessions, contributing to the success and enrichment of the event for all participants. This year theme is:

Breaking Boundaries & Unlocking Potential in Higher Education

Whether you're a seasoned presenter or new to the stage, this is an excellent chance to showcase your expertise, insights, and skills to your peers. You can choose to present individually, collaborate with a colleague from another institution or participate in a panel discussion with multiple presenters. With a diverse array of topics such as admissions, registrar, financial aid, professional development, health and wellness, student information systems, DEI, disability awareness, and student success and completion, there's something for everyone.

Presentation Requirements: Each presenter will be allocated a 30-45-minute slot, structured as follows:

• 15-30 minutes for the presentation in a TED Talk format
• 10 minutes for audience Q&A
• 5 minutes for session evaluation
