Associations such as AACRAO and its state and regional affiliates are generally eligible for a federal income tax exemption and in some cases a state tax exemption well.  Qualifying as a Section 501(c)(3) entity under the Internal Revenue Code can save an association considerable amounts of money each year.  This webinar will outline the steps necessary to obtain a 501(c)(3) status.
