McDaniel College invites applications for an Associate Registrar for Degree Progress. Salary for this full-time, 12-month position is commensurate with qualifications and experience. Reporting to the Registrar, the Associate Registrar for Degree Progress will perform professional duties, with limited supervision, to assist in accomplishing the mission of the Registrar’s Office.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Program evaluations
  • Graduation processing
  • Certifications
  • Issues of compliance

Qualifications:
  • Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Three or more years of experience working in higher education, preferably in a Registrar’s Office
  • Knowledge of student information systems required; experience with an Ellucian system is preferred
  • Familiar with AACRAO policies and guidelines
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse student, faculty, and staff constituencies
  • Ability to work effectively in dynamic work environment
