Salisbury University, a member of the University System of Maryland, is a regionally accredited four-year comprehensive institution offering 62 distinct graduate and undergraduate programs. Salisbury University is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Graduate Enrollment Management Specialist.

Primary Job Duties: Range of duties encompasses program recruiting to admissions through degree completion. Specifics include, but are not limited to: establishing and maintaining an effective recruitment strategy and building relationships that lead to long-term graduate application growth; coordinating external recruitment strategies with Graduate Program Directors; effectively managing graduate applications processing by counseling applicants on admissions policies and procedures as well as offering solutions to applicant problems and requests; coordinating application completion activities with students and individual departments; communicating in person, by telephone and in writing with domestic and international students about status of admission applications; serving as a member of the Office of Graduate Studies and Research Team and participating as a team member in office and in community events .

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Must be detail-oriented and have excellent interpersonal, customer service, organization and planning, prioritization, problem solving, follow through, time management, and oral and written communication skills. Also must be flexible and possess the ability to successfully handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and work well under pressure, independently, and in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required.

This is a full-time, exempt, State position with a full benefits package. Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
